Cornwall Homeseekers are one of the longest established and most experienced Independent Property Management agents in the County and we feel with our knowledge we are very well equipped to look after your property. Martin and Sue Collenette initially let out their own property in Truro in 1983 before starting their own property management agency in 1986.  Cornwall Homeseekers Limited has continued to grow ever since, so we can offer first hand advice on all aspects of letting and management. We have an independent specialist who can advise on buy to let mortgage schemes and we can also give general advise on tax implications and any legal matters which you might have. We vet our prospective tenants thoroughly before they are allowed to occupy your property. As members of the National Association of Estate Agents we comply with their code of conduct. Finally, we carry Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect your primary investment.
